Privacy policy

How Click Orchard collects, uses and protects your personal data. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website is run from Nigeria by Adegoke Marvellous, trading as Click Orchard, a fully remote Meta ads studio.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any question about your data, email frank@clickorchardstudio.com. Adegoke Marvellous, as the business owner, is responsible for data protection.

We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Our regulator is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

2. The short version

  • We collect what you type into our Free Soil Test form, and, only if you agree, data about how you use this website.
  • We use it to reply to you, run your audit, improve the site and measure our own ads.
  • We never sell your data.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you switch them on. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

You do not have to give us any personal data. If you do not fill in the required form fields, we cannot run your Free Soil Test.

4. The services we use

Netlify (hosting and forms)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. When you send our form, Netlify Forms stores your answers so we can read them, and notifies us by email. Netlify also processes server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it. See the Netlify privacy statement.

Google Analytics 4

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC (and Google Ireland Limited for visitors in Europe). It uses Consent Mode, so the Google tag does not load and no analytics cookies are set until you agree. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Meta Pixel

If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for visitors in Europe). It tells us when someone who saw our ads visits a page or sends our form, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Before you agree, the pixel is held in a "revoked" state and sends nothing. Meta may combine this data with your Facebook or Instagram account under its own terms. For the part of the processing where we and Meta decide together, we are joint controllers under Meta's controller addendum. See Meta's privacy policy.

Fonts

Our fonts (Fraunces and DM Sans, originally from Google Fonts) are stored on our own website, so loading them does not send any data to Google.

Email and business tools

These are the tools we use to run the business:

  • Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation): to send and receive email, including replies to your enquiry.
  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc., United States): our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we keep enquiries and client contacts, and, for clients who choose the lead alerts add-on, send instant lead alerts to their team.
  • WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms, Inc.): to message you if you have given us your number and asked us to contact you there.
  • Netlify Forms, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, described above.

5. International transfers

Most of the providers above are based in the United States or Europe, so your data may be transferred outside Nigeria. We only use providers that commit to protecting personal data, through their data processing terms and contractual safeguards, as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires for transfers outside Nigeria.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Form submissions and emails from people who do not become clients: up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client records: for the length of our contract, then as long as Nigerian tax and accounting law requires.
  • Google Analytics 4 data: 14 months, the shortest setting Google offers for event data.
  • Meta Pixel data: kept by Meta under its own policy. Cookie lifetimes are listed in our cookie policy.
  • Your cookie choice: stored in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.

7. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
  • receive your data in a format you can take elsewhere
  • withdraw your consent at any time, using "Cookie settings" in the footer, without affecting what happened before
  • complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at ndpc.gov.ng

To use any of these rights, email frank@clickorchardstudio.com. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

If you live elsewhere, for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your local data protection law may give you similar rights, and you can also complain to your local regulator.

8. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to form submissions and client data is limited to the people who need it, with strong passwords and two-step sign in where available. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you that are based only on automated processing and that have legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner where needed.
