Terms of service
The rules for using this website and for working with Click Orchard. Plain words, no tricks.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services you buy from Adegoke Marvellous, trading as Click Orchard, a business run from Nigeria ("we", "us"). You can reach us at frank@clickorchardstudio.com.
If you and we sign a separate proposal or agreement, that document wins wherever it differs from these terms.
2. Who our services are for
Our services are for businesses and professionals, not consumers. By booking a service, you confirm you are acting for a business and are allowed to agree to these terms for it.
3. Using this website
- You may browse and share links to this site. Please do not copy our text, designs or logo for your own commercial use without permission.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its forms.
- Information on this site is general. It is not a promise of any particular result for your business.
- We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
4. The Free Soil Test
The Free Soil Test is a free, no obligation audit of your Meta advertising, audience and offer. We may ask for read-only access to your ad account. We may decline a request, for example if your business falls outside Meta's advertising policies. The report is yours to use as you like.
5. Paid services
Our paid packages, The Seedling and The Orchard, are described on our services page. Our service is to create ad creatives (video, image and copy), run, monitor and optimise Meta ads, and deliver leads to you. Optional add-ons, such as instant lead alerts, are quoted separately. The exact scope, price, start date and notice period for your work will be set out in a written proposal that you accept by email or signature.
Fees and payment
- Monthly fees are paid in advance, at the start of each month.
- Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
- You pay your ad budget directly to Meta, never to us. It is separate from our fee.
- If an invoice is late, we may pause work after giving you written notice.
Term and cancelling
Monthly packages run month to month. Either side can end the service with 30 days' written notice by email. Work already done and ad spend already committed stay payable.
6. What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business, offer and customers.
- Timely feedback and approvals, so ads can go live on schedule.
- Access to the accounts we need, such as your Meta Business account and CRM.
- Confirmation that you have the rights to any material you give us, such as logos, photos, music and testimonials.
- Compliance with the law and with Meta's advertising standards for your products, claims and offers.
7. Leads, sales and results
We deliver leads from your ads and report on them honestly every week. Contacting those leads, following them up and turning them into sales is your responsibility. We are not responsible for the conversion of leads into sales, and we do not guarantee any number of sales or any amount of revenue.
Lead volume and cost also depend on things outside our control, including your market, your offer and Meta's own systems. So we do not promise any particular number of leads, cost per lead or return on ad spend either.
8. Ownership of the work
- Once you have paid for them, the final ads we make for you are yours to use for your business.
- We keep the rights to our own methods, templates, automations and know-how, and may reuse general ideas that do not include your confidential information.
- You own your ad account, your pages, your customer data and your CRM records.
- We may mention you as a client, or publish a case study, only with your written permission.
9. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential. Where we handle personal data of your customers for you, such as leads in your CRM, we do so as your processor under a data processing agreement. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data about you.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, ad account restrictions decided by Meta, or indirect losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a signed proposal that is already running, unless you agree.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we disagree, we will first try to sort it out by talking. If that fails, the courts of Nigeria will decide.
